We encourage our clients to speak to an accountant first prior to incorporating to create the share structure. Each family is different which means your tax situation can be different. Once our firm receives the memo from your accountant we can proceed to legalize the structure that was created.

Of course, if you waive your right to get advice from an accountant we can proceed with our standard share structure.
